Free Range Pork Steak Cut Thick
A pocket is created and then stuffed with a mixture of mature cheddar, apple and a French garlic marinate, perfectly finished with the streaky bacon wrapped round. This is very tasty and is a hearty portion for one.

This is what we call a Lamb chunky tended succulent Lamb Rump marinaded with mint and Rosemary served in our oven proof trays for connivence. A good portion for two people.
Chicken Cushions
Whole chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter then wrapped in dry cured streaky yorkshire bacon topped with a french garlic marinade served to you in our over proof trays.
Others available are sun-dried tomato mozzarella wrapped with parma ham/ goats cheese wrapped with smoked bacon/ stilton and black pudding wrapped with yorkshire dry cured bacon.

The Kilby family are third generation farmers who have been in Collingham since the 1960’s, adding Oil Seed Rape to the traditional crop rotation in the early 1980’s. Wharfe Valley farms takes its name from the beautiful Wharfe Valley in Yorkshire.
In addition to traditional farming activities there is a highly successful family business growing and retailing ‘pick your own’ fruit in the summer, and other seasonal produce such as asparagus and potatoes.
