How do I order?

When do you deliver?
We have 3 ways of delivering your meat box depending on where you live in the UK. These are UK Nationwide delivery, Harrogate postcodes delivery and Click and Collect. When you go to order your meat box you will be given a choice of when we are able to deliver to you depending on what service you require and which day you order on.
We deliver to all mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland and some parts of Northern Scotland. Please find the link to postcodes we are unfortunately unable to deliver to.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK addresses costs £9.95 for each individual destination. So if you buy 2 boxes for the same address then only one payment of £9.95 is required.
Delivery to HG postcodes costs £5.95.
Click and collect in store is free.
UK Nationwide delivery:
Order before midnight on Monday for a delivery Wednesday or Thursday
Order before midnight on Tuesday for a delivery Thursday
Harrogate postcodes delivery (HG1, HG2, HG3, HG4, HG5):
Order before midnight Monday for a delivery Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Order before midnight Tuesday for a delivery Thursday or Friday.
Order before midnight Wednesday for a delivery Friday.
Click and collect:
Order before midnight Monday for collection Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
Order before midnight Tuesday for collection Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

What if I am not in to accept delivery?
There is a signature required to receive your box. If you are not in then the driver will look to get a signature from a neighbour unless stated otherwise. If you know you are not going to be in please leave clear instructions on our delivery information section when you order your box so our courier will know what to do, e.g. leave with a neighbour or leave under the porch around the back. We are also happy to deliver at your work if you prefer as our products will be perfectly safe for up to 48 hours.
How will my order arrive?
Your meat products are contained within self-refrigerated and insulated packaging. Inside they will be either vacuum packed or wrapped securely to make sure they arrive to you as fresh as possible.
What should I do once I receive my order?
On the day you have received your order we recommend to refrigerate immediately and use fresh on the same day. Any meat you will not use the same day please freeze immediately.
Why do some of my products look different or produce a strong odour?
As our meat has been well hung, when vacuum packaged this sometimes turns the meat to a darker colour. This is nothing to worry about. Once the bag is opened it will turn back to a brighter red as the meat is slowly oxidised from the surrounding air. Some products such as game may also have a strong odour when opened but this will slowly disappear after a short while. We can assure you that the product itself is perfectly edible and delicious.
What if I have not received my order or I am unhappy with the product?
We hope that you will be happy with your product and our service but if you feel you are unhappy with the product or have not received your order please contact us immediately and we will aim to solve the issue promptly.
